Partner Overview β Your Role in Fortis Pulse
As an advisory partner, your Fortis Pulse workspace is built around the clients you advise. Your home page is a roster of the client engagements assigned to you, each showing where that client stands in the reporting cycle. From here you review submissions, score and comment on periods, publish advisory commentary, and manage your advisory logs. This guide orients you to the partner experience. π‘ Tip β Who can use this For advisory partners. Sign in and you'll land on your client list automatically. Quick reference | Step | Action | |------|--------| | 1 | Find and open an assigned client | Step 1 β Find and open an assigned client When you sign in, you land on your Client List β every client engagement assigned to you, each showing the client name, its framework, tier, the latest period, and a status badge (Draft, Submitted, Reviewed, Published, or "No submission"). The partner client list with assigned engagements Click any client to open that engagement's review workspace β where you'll score the period, edit flags, write advisory commentary, and publish. The status badge tells you what each client needs: a "Submitted" badge means there's data waiting for your review. π‘ Tip β Use the Submission Queue for what needs attention now If you have many clients, the Submission Queue (in your sidebar) filters the list down to just the clients whose latest period is "Submitted" β the ones waiting on you. It's your work queue, separate from the full roster. π Note β You must be assigned to see a client Your client list only shows engagements an admin has assigned you to. If a client you expect isn't there, it means you haven't been assigned β an admin needs to add you to that engagement. You can't access a client workspace you haven't been assigned to.

A complete, professional profile builds trust β fill it in fully.
Upload Your Profile Photo
Your profile photo appears on your partner card and in message threads with clients. Adding one personalizes your presence and helps clients recognize you. This guide shows you how. π‘ Tip β Who can use this For advisory partners, under Settings. Quick reference | Step | Action | |------|--------| | 1 | Upload a photo from your partner profile | Step 1 β Upload your photo Go to Settings (the partner profile page). Use the photo upload control to choose an image from your device. Requirements: - Format: PNG, JPEG, or WebP. - Size: up to 2 MB. After the upload completes, your new photo appears on your profile card and in your message threads immediately. π Note β Photos are stored securely Profile photos are stored in a dedicated bucket and served via a public URL with a cache-busting query so updates appear instantly. The upload replaces any previous photo. π‘ Tip β Use a clear, professional headshot A square, well-lit headshot works best β it's shown as a small circular avatar in the sidebar, message threads, and client dashboards.
Find Your Assigned Clients
Your partner home page lists every client engagement assigned to you, each with a status badge showing where it stands. This guide covers finding and reading your client list. π‘ Tip β Who can use this For advisory partners. Sign in to land on your client list. Quick reference | Step | Action | |------|--------| | 1 | Read the client list and its status badges | Step 1 β Find your clients Your partner home page is your client roster. Each row shows the client name, framework, tier, latest period, and a status badge β Draft, Submitted, Reviewed, Published, or "No submission." Click any client to open their review workspace. π Note β Only assigned clients appear Your list is limited to engagements an admin has assigned you to. If a client you expect is missing, you haven't been assigned β an admin needs to add you to that workspace. π‘ Tip β Use the status badges to prioritize "Submitted" means data is waiting for your review. Start with those β the Submission Queue filters the list down to just them for faster triage.
Understand the Submission Queue
The Submission Queue is your work queue β it filters your client list down to just the clients whose latest period is "Submitted" and waiting for your review. Use it to focus on what needs your attention now, separate from your full client roster. π‘ Tip β Who can use this For advisory partners. Find it under Submission Queue in the left-hand menu. Quick reference | Step | Action | |------|--------| | 1 | Open the queue and start reviewing | Step 1 β Use the submission queue Click Submission Queue in the sidebar. You'll see only the clients whose latest period status is "Submitted" β each with the period label, a "Submitted" badge, and a Review Now link. The partner submission queue showing clients awaiting review Click Review Now (or the client) to jump straight into that client's review workspace, where you can compute scores, edit flags, write commentary, and publish. π Note β The queue reflects current submissions A client only appears here while their latest period is in "Submitted" status. Once you publish the period (or it moves to Reviewed), the client leaves the queue. If the queue is empty, no clients are waiting on you. π‘ Tip β Check the queue first When you sign in, the submission queue is the fastest way to see what needs your attention. It saves you scanning the full client list for "Submitted" badges.
Accepting an Invitation to Advise a Company
When a company invites you as an advisory partner, you get an email with a personal invitation link. Accepting it adds that company to your partner workspace β one login, many clients β with full access to their Pulse data: every pillar, every period, from before you joined. π‘ Tip β Use the email the invitation was sent to The invitation is tied to the email address it was sent to. Sign in with that address β if you already have a Pulse partner account on it, the company simply appears alongside your other clients. Quick reference | Step | Action | |------|--------| | 1 | Open the invitation link from your email | | 2 | Sign in (or create your account) with that email | | 3 | Click Accept invitation | | 4 | Find the company in your Client List | Step 1: Open the invitation In your inbox, open the email "β¦invited you as an advisory partner" and click Accept invitation. The page that opens tells you who invited you, which company it is, exactly what you'll see ("all pillars, all history β and nothing else"), the email it was sent to, and how long the invitation is valid. The invitation page opened from the email link β οΈ Warning β Invitations expire after 7 days If the link has expired by the time you open it, ask the company to resend it. Nothing is lost β a resend takes seconds. Step 2: Sign in with that email Click Sign in or create your account. If you're new to Pulse, you'll set up your account right there β no separate signup needed. If you already have a partner account on that email, just sign in as usual. Already signed in but on a different account? The page will tell you, and you can switch. The invitation can only be accepted by the email it was sent to. Step 3: Accept the invitation If you were already signed in as a partner, you don't even need the email: a banner appears at the top of your partner home saying who invited you, with an Accept invitation button. Click it β the company is added instantly. You'll see: the banner disappears and the company appears in your Assigned Clients list, ready to review. Accepting from the banner on the partner home Step 4: Start advising The company now sits in your Client List like any other client β open it to review submissions, compute scores, and publish advisory analysis. You see its full history, including periods from before you were invited. The company appearing in the Client List after accepting π Note β What the company can see about you The company is told when you accept, and it can end your access to its data at any time. That only removes the company from your workspace β your account and anything you wrote for them stay with you.
