Step 1 — Compute scores
In the review workspace's Health Scores section, click Compute Scores. Fortis Pulse calculates each pillar's score (0–100) and the composite from the client's submitted metrics, using the framework's weights and benchmarks.
The computed scores appear as cards with coverage badges (Full, Partial, or No data). You can then override any individual pillar if your judgment differs.
📝 Note — Compute runs the formula Compute Scores applies the standard scoring formula to whatever data was submitted. If data is partial, the affected pillars show partial coverage. You're free to override afterward.
💡 Tip — Compute first, then adjust Always compute first to get the formula's baseline, then override specific pillars where your advisory insight differs. This gives you a defensible starting point and a clear record of where and why you deviated.
